  1. Drag things from the Finder and other applications, and drop them onto tiles:

  3. 窶｢ Drag document icons to application tiles to have the application open the document.
  4.  
  5. 窶｢ Drag file and folder icons to folder tiles to move or copy the dragged items into the tile窶冱 folder.
  6.  
  7. 窶｢ Drag file and folder icons to a Trash tile to move them to the Trash.
  8.  
  9. 窶｢ Drag file icons from ftp clients, email programs, and other apps, and drop them on folder or Trash tiles.

  11. Try dragging from Find File, Eudora, Claris Emailer, Anarchie, and Fetch, for example. This will will work with many other drag-aware applications as well.

  13. This feature requires Macintosh Drag and Drop. All versions of the Mac OS starting with System 7.5 include Macintosh Drag and Drop. Earlier versions of the Mac OS may or may not include Macintosh Drag and Drop. The easiest way to find out is to try it.
